The share issue in 3PI is closed

The Board of Directors of 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) announces

The rights issue that took place between December 5, 2025 and February 2, 2026, with preferential rights for existing shareholders, is now closed.

The company 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) will receive approximately SEK 2.7 million before issue costs, which is expected to amount to approximately KSEK 200.

Settlement notes have been sent to those who subscribed without priority as of February 4, 2026.

The Board of Directors of 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) has taken the decision to proceed towards a market listing of the company’s shares, despite the fact that the issue was not fully subscribed. The Board of Directors is working on various alternative financing solutions to ensure that there is sufficient capital for the listing.
