The stock issue in 3 Prospect Invest is finalised!

The Board of Directors of 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) announces

The stock issue that took place between December 5, 2025, and February 2, 2026, with preferential rights for existing shareholders, is now finalised.

The company 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) will receive approximately SEK 2.7 million before issue costs, which is expected to amount to approximately KSEK 200.

Settlement notes have been sent to those who subscribed without priority as of February 4, 2026.

The Board of Directors of 3 Prospect Invest AB (publ) has taken the decision to proceed towards a market listing of the company’s shares, despite the fact that the issue was not fully subscribed. The Board is working on various alternative financing solutions in order to ensure that there is sufficient capital for the listing.
